We only collect what you choose to share with us. That may include:

• your email address when you join the waitlist;
• optional waitlist answers — whether you are a wearer, a professional or both, whether you are interested in at-home or professional treatment, and your country;
• your name and contact details when you send an enquiry through the contact form;
• any other information you voluntarily include in a message to us.

To manage the waitlist, respond to enquiries, send launch and product updates you have asked for, and understand the level and nature of interest ahead of launch.

We rely on your consent for launch and marketing emails; on steps taken at your request and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating this website; and on our legitimate interest in understanding launch interest.

Information submitted through this site is stored using Supabase (database hosting) and the website and its email notifications run on Lovable-managed infrastructure and email services. These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that require them to keep it secure. We do not sell your information.

Our service providers may process data in countries outside the UK or EEA. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards are used as required by applicable data protection law.

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was provided. Waitlist and marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, or until it is no longer needed.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to certain processing, to data portability where applicable, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your relevant data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
