EX.FIX ritual.
A guided 30-minute treatment ritual for premium human hair — extensions, wigs and hairpieces. Full timings and quantities will be supplied with the final launch protocol.
Why it's different
Not one-wash softness.
The goal is not how the hair feels on the day — it is how long that condition holds. Current EX.FIX development testing has shown treatment performance continuing through 15+ washes on tested hair, and that durability is what the at-home ritual is built around.
Nothing else needs to change. After treatment you can continue with your normal aftercare, including conditioner and heat protectant.

Prepare
The hair is cleansed and readied so the treatment can be applied evenly through the lengths.

Apply
EX.FIX is worked through the hair, section by section, from mid-lengths to ends.

Process
The treatment is left to work as part of the 30-minute ritual. Final timings will be supplied with the launch protocol.

Rinse & finish
The hair is rinsed, dried and finished so the result is preserved.

Maintain
Carry on as normal — including your usual conditioner and heat protectant — between EX.FIX treatments.

The at-home ritual is being developed to sit within an existing wash routine rather than replace it — an occasional 30-minute maintenance step rather than another daily product. Suitability guidance for individual extension methods, wigs and hairpieces will be confirmed with the final protocol.
